Day 3. This one was not easy. I managed to turn my wrists to only ~90 degrees vs 180 required.

Day 1 & 2

Started the challenge. The exercises are quite useful, will definitely use them in the future. I am doing 3 sets of the daily exercise alongside with some other handstand workouts.


  1. Vinnarasi

    Vinnarasi like biryani or not
    Vinnarasi like go to what vehicle
    Vinnarasi like coffee or not
    Vinnarasi favorite ice cream
    Vinnarasi like school friends are not
