Body Transformation – Week 1
This challenge is all about breaking in the routine and sticking to my targets:
5 weight sessions:
Day 1: Chest & Abs
Day 2: Back & Calves
Day 3: Shoulders & Abs
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Upper Body & Abs
4 cardio sessions:
Day 1: HIIT
Day 3: Indoor Beach Volleyball
Day 6: Indoor Beach Volleyball
Day 7: HIIT
I am about to start myself on a journey of health and well-being. My ultimate goal is to successfully stick to my plan for 3 months enough time to develop new habits that will likely continue to influence my life from then on.
I will be making 1, 2, 4, 12 week challenges to help me stay focused. Each will have a different specific goal to help me reach my targets.
A bit about me:
- I work 9 hours a day behind a desk.
- I am almost 30 years old.
- I cannot touch my toes.
- I regularly suffer lower back pain due to tightness.
- I used to have very active lifestyle doing martial arts regularly; now when I think about my successes in that I cringe at how far behind me they all feel.
- I am far too easily distracted and my memory is terrible.
- I’m not happy the way things are… things need to change.
