Add 30 minutes extra sleep a night.

Working back from my usual wake up time at 5:20am I need to get to bed by 9pm to truly get 8 hours quality sleep a night. I have been doing this for 2 months. 

August average 7-7.5 hours was life changing after consistently getting a mere 6 hours. 

September average 7.5-8 hours was easy with a week in Bali lifting my nightly bliss to 8-9 hours!

Leaving things undone at night is the hardest thing at the moment but the next day is showing me it didn’t matter as much as I thought.
